INICOM, INCSarvenaz Myslicki, VP of Technology at AMEX just recommended this book during the INTERACT conference, Bury My Heart at Conference Room B by Stan Slap, during the INTERACT conference. It sounds very interesting, and is about values-led management. I’m picking up a copy today.
Another very useful book we’ve read recently is “Algorithms to Live By” by Brian Christian and Tom Grifiths. The authors review tried and true algorithms from the fields of mathematics and computer science and show how they can be applied to real world decisions that you and I may make every day. Not only is it a great demonstration of real-world applications, the book is quite fun to read.
